Growing up in Southern California, the majority of my childhood was a montage of dance competitions and football games.

 

Sports has always been a huge part of my life. My Dad first introduced me to sports through football and judo when I was very young. It was the thing we bonded over; whether he was playing, I was playing, or we were just watching it on TV. It was only natural for me to start shooting sports once I had a camera in my hands. From there, my passion grew to include video journalism and I began to explore just how many of my passions I could document through photo and video.

 

I have a bachelor of science in journalism, with and emphasis in photojournalism, and a minor in photography from Northern Arizona University. I am currently based in Phoenix, AZ.
